Acteron offers a wide spectrum of anodizing and plating processes for semiconductor, optical, medical and renewable energy applications. Acteron uses ChemTrak for analysis and maintenance of the more than 60 chemical tanks used for these processes. JobTrak is used for job control, QC data collection, receiving and shipping.

Santa Clara Plating’s mature quality program, dedicated process lines, accurate job routing, and computer-controlled anodization insure consistent product for your most demanding applications. Santa Clara Plating specializes in hard coat and sulfuric anodizing with RoHS compliant dyes to produce color matching to your requirements. Other processes include nickel electro-plating, chem-film, anodize with Teflon coating, and passivation. Precision masking and blasting enable sophisticated selective processing.

L-3 Communications is a prime contractor in Command, Control and Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C³ISR), Government Services, Aircraft Modernization and Maintenance (AM&M). The L-3 EDD Division uses ChemTrak to maintain all plating and cleaning baths in their captive shop.

Milner’s Anodizing is has attained Nadcap Accreditation for Aerospace Quality Systems and Chemical Processing. Nadcap is the ultimate quality achievement. ChemTrak is used for all process bath control and is an important component of Milner’s Nadcap program. Milner’s performs sulfuric anodizing, hard coat anodizing, chemfilm and passivation for demanding customers in all markets.

ENS Technology LLC, maintains one of the largest and most modern metal finishing facilities in Northern California. Services include dedicated process lines for precious and non-precious metal plating, a complete quality control suite, an on-staff chemist and full analytical laboratory in support of production and R&D. ENS uses ChemTrak for all chemical process control and statistical analysis and is also a Web Program client.

AMEX Plating provides RoHS-compliant electroless nickel, sulfuric anodizing, hardcoat anodizing, chemical film, passivation and black oxide. AMEX offers a wide range of anodizing colors for both hardcoat and sulfuric anodizing. Custom tooling, precision masking, baking and blasting are also available for complex processing.
